This Easy Beef Stir Fry is the perfect staple weeknight meal to use up what you have in the fridge and get dinner on the table in less than 30 minutes! Think juicy beef, bright vegetables, warm rice and savory sauce. I also love adding nuts on top of my stir fry for a delicious crunch! The best part is that you probably already have all of the ingredients on hand! This meal is flavorful, family-friendly and way better than take out. Plus, it's so easy to make gluten-free and dairy-free. Everything is cooked up in one pan as well, making clean up super easy!

    Why You'll Love This Recipe

    It's easy to make gluten-free, dairy-free and allergy-friendly!

This recipe is customizable and adaptable for any dietary restrictions or allergies.

This Easy Beef Stir Fry is a great way to use up leftover vegetables or clean out your fridge!

You probably have the ingredients for this meal on hand already.

It's on the table in less than 30 minutes and requires minimal clean up.

    Equipment Needed

All you need to make this Easy Beef Stir fry is a cutting board, knife and a pan. I like to use a cast iron pan or stainless steel for a non-toxic option!

    Ingredients Needed

Rice: I like to use white rice, but feel free to use any kind of rice here. A hack to make this quicker is to use pre-cooked rice.

Steak: Any cut of steak works for this recipe!

Oil: I like to use avocado oil to cook the steak and veggies.

Vegetables: I used peppers and onions in this Easy Beef Stir Fry!

Nuts: I love adding a little crunch to my stir fry by adding cashews (totally optional)!

Seasoning: I used salt, garlic and pepper in this recipe to add flavor.

Coconut aminos: Honestly, this is the only sauce you need for stir fry. It is so flavorful and keeps this meal simple.

    Storage

Store this Easy Beef Stir Fry in the refrigerator in an airtight container for 4-5 days. I would not recommend freezing this meal.

    Variations

Protein: Mix it up by using chicken breast, chicken thighs or ground chicken instead of beef.

Vegetables: Add extra veggies to this stir fry like broccoli, zucchini, squash or snap peas.

Sauce: Try soy sauce or spicy sauce for a different flavor profile!

Flavor: Try adding ginger, red pepper flakes or lime juice!
