    Dairy-Free Buffalo Chicken Dip

Dairy-Free Buffalo Chicken Dip is a tangy, cheesy and rich dip. This is the perfect allergy-friendly alternative to your everyday Buffalo chicken dip. No one will complain that it's dairy-free; it's so delicious that they won't even notice. Dip celery, carrots, tortillas or potato chips.

    Protein Snack Pack

A Protein Snack Pack is such a great way for me to pack extra nutrition into my day. This recipe makes the yummiest little bites that are super easy to make in just 15 minutes. You'll then get a week's worth of snacks to keep you going!

Great as pre or post workout fuel, they often save me from an afternoon slump! Pop them into your kid's lunch packs or take a few to work with you when you know you're going to have a long day.

    Chia and Flaxseed Pudding

I love this 4 ingredient Chia and Flaxseed Pudding as a little low carb and high fiber breakfast or afternoon snack. I'll even have it as a dessert from time to time. It turns out really creamy, is so easy to make, and is a great alternative to overnight oats. You can make this recipe as part of your meal prep so that you're set up for the week.

    Chickpea Croutons

Chickpea Croutons are incredibly delicious! They make a great alternative to bread based croutons and honestly, I might love them even more. Gluten-Free Taquitos

Gluten-Free Taquitos are one of my most popular appetizers. They're also super tasty as a main; who doesn't love a crunchy, flavor-filled taquito? Perfect mid-week or if you want something festive for a special occasion, keep them in mind for game day or any occasion when a handheld nibble works! Chopped cilantro, fresh salsa, sour cream, queso and avo are all perfect partners to these taquitos.

    Chocolate Strawberry Bark

My Chocolate Strawberry Bark is that viral TikTok recipe made with just 3 ingredients. With 10 minutes of prep, you can create something so delicious and impressive. Made with wholesome fresh apples, they are the perfect fall snack that are easy to make and require zero baking time. You can play around with add-ins but the bsaic recipe only needs 4 ingredients! You'll love that they come together super quickly. I'm obsessed with the combination of apples and sunflower seed butter!

When fall calls, I bake this Gluten-Free Pumpkin Banana Bread. I love a good cozy, comforting bake like this banana bread. Don't you? As soon as the air cools, I whip up this recipe. This is one of those classics that I had to convert to gluten and dairy free. The texture turns out light, fluffy and delicious. I have to laugh because people are always shocked that it's gluten-free.
