Why You’ll Love This Easy Dairy-Free Nice Cream

    It’s so easy to make!

This nice cream is dairy-free and allergy-friendly.

    It is kid-friendly!

    Equipment Needed

All you need to make this easy dairy-free nice cream is a high speed blender and a storage dish.

Ingredients Needed to Make This Dairy-Free Nice Cream

Coconut Cream: This makes the nice cream super creamy and delicious! I always look for a coconut cream that has no added gums or fillers. My favorite place to stock up on gluten-free and dairy-free staples is Thrive Market because they have amazing deals and they deliver right to your doorstep. If you use my link, you get 40% off your first order.

Banana: If the banana is already frozen, it makes the process quicker! If you have histamine issues, feel free to swap out for a different fruit like mango or blueberries. There are so many options for this!

Dark Chocolate Chips: I love using Enjoy Life Foods brand because they are super allergy-friendly! Feel free to omit the chocolate if you have histamine issues.

Fresh Dates: The fresh dates are what add sweetness to the recipe. Feel free to also swap with honey or maple syrup. If you are going to use fresh dates, Joolies is my favorite brand. You can get a discount on their website with my code LESSWITHLAUR. I always choose Joolies when I can because they are organic and glyphosate-free.

Vanilla Extract: If you have histamine issues, trying vanilla bean or an extract without alcohol may be better tolerated. I love adding vanilla to my nice cream because it gives it a delicious flavor.

How to Make This Delicious Nice Cream

Combine ingredients in a high speed blender. Pour into dish and freeze until hardened. Scoop into your fave bowl and top with extra dates and chocolate (or toppings of your choice)! Enjoy!

    Substitutions and Variations

Feel free to swap out the banana for another fruit if you wish! Some other options could be mango, blueberries or cherries!

    Storage

Feel free to store this nice cream in the fridge to have on hand whenever you want it!
