    Ingredients Needed to Make This Chicken Bake

    Chicken Breasts: I like to use high quality chicken whenever possible. I used chicken tenders for this recipe.

    Basil: I love using fresh basil from my garden! Basil is so fun and easy to grow and I highly recommend trying it.

    Garlic: This adds extra flavor and benefits to this peach basil pesto chicken bake.

    Pesto: I love using Gotham Greens vegan pesto for this, but you can also make my homemade dairy-free creamy macadamia nut pesto.

    Peaches: Peaches are on the dirty list, so I try to buy them organic whenever possible.

    How to Make This Peach Basil Pesto Chicken Bake

    To make this chicken bake, add some oil to the pan and then place chicken breasts and garlic into the pan. Cook over medium heat until lightly browned, about 8 minutes per side. Add in peaches and cook until peaches are lightly browned. Top with pesto and basil and enjoy!

    Substitutions and Variations

    This recipe would also be delicious with white peaches or nectarines! If you are looking to make this recipe nut-free, use a nut-free pesto.
