These gluten-free turkey meatballs are a great way to enjoy a healthy and tasty meal that's packed with protein. They are also incredibly versatile and can be paired with a variety of sauces and sides. They are also dairy-free and egg-free. Who knew that meatballs didn't need an egg to bind them together?

Why You'll Love These Gluten-Free Turkey Meatballs

They are so easy to make!

    These turkey meatballs contain veggies.

    They are kid-friendly.

    These meatballs are easily adaptable.

They only contain a few ingredients!

    Equipment Needed

All you need for this recipe is a mixing bowl and a baking sheet.

Ingredients Needed for These Easy Gluten-Free Turkey Meatballs

Ground Turkey: I typically buy 95% or 98% lean.

Avocado Oil: I recommend using a high quality avocado oil like Chose Foods.

Zucchini: I love adding veggies into my meatballs!

Sweet Onion: This adds the best flavor.

Garlic Powder: I basically add this to everything.

Salt: I love Redmond's Real Salt because it is high quality and natural.

Optional: If you are able to have eggs, you can definitely add one in, but it is not necessary! You can also add in 3/4 cup of gluten-free breadcrumbs if you desire!

How To Make These Turkey Meatballs

Preheat oven to 400 °F. Combine ingredients in a mixing bowl. Roll into small balls (or use a cookie scoop), place on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until crispy. Option to broil them at the end for 1 minute! Pair with your favorite pasta and sauce and enjoy!

    Substitutions and Variations

If you are able to have eggs, you can definitely add one in, but it is not necessary! You can also add in 3/4 cup of gluten-free breadcrumbs if you desire!

    Storage

You can store these gluten-free turkey meatballs in the fridge for up to 5 days. If you have histamine issues, you can also freeze them!
