These are some of my favorite Dairy-Free Meal Prep Recipes that help me stay on top of my week! I don't know about you, but for me, having some meals ready to go and in the fridge is one of the most impactful ways to get myself organized.

When it comes to lunch especially, if I have a meal that's ready to reach for, I'm much more likely to eat well that day. If you find round ups like these helpful, check out my Favorite Dairy-Free Breakfast Recipes and these Gluten-Free and Dairy-Free Lunch Ideas, next.
Meal Prep Ramen Jars
I'm so into making these Meal Prep Ramen Jars. Packed with bright veggies, tender chicken, and a super savory sauce, I crave these on-the-go jars and love to make them a couple of times a month.
They're great for January when it's chilly and you need something cozier than a salad jar! Plus, they take 10 minutes to prep. Great with either water or broth, they are super comforting and I love that I feel full but "light" after eating them.

Blueberry White Chocolate Oatmeal Bake
My Blueberry White Chocolate Oatmeal Bake is the perfect dairy and gluten-free breakfast or snack. It makes a delicious dessert, too! I find it really useful to have a tray of this in the fridge.
Delicious warm, at room temperature or even chilled, I love the combination of white chocolate and blueberry bursts. Remember to use certified gluten-free oats to keep it 100% gluten-free.

Buffalo Chicken Bake
This Dairy-Free Buffalo Chicken Bake is lighter than a classic buffalo chicken casserole but is so delicious you won't know the difference. I love it with an easy salad or some steamed veggies.
It's a dinner that turns into lunch the next day and is super satisfying! Hearty and delicious, it's a monthly occurrence on my meal prep rotation right now.

Copycat Sweetgreen Harvest Bowl
Copycat Sweetgreen Harvest Bowl is an at home, budget-saver for when I'm craving Sweetgreen but want to make a from scratch version. It's packed with arugula, tender sweet potatoes, glossy Brussels sprouts, succulent chicken, wild rice, cashews and apple. I love it with lashings of balsamic.
Fresh and light, this bowl keeps me full summer or winter and is a fantastic meal prep option. It makes a really good dinner as well as lunch and is pretty much just as, if not more delicious than the original.

French Onion Chicken (Dairy-Free)
French Onion Chicken is insanely yummy. I've always loved French onion soup but let's be honest, it's a little lacking when it comes to protein. So, this is my answer if you love the taste of classic French soup but want to add chicken.
I am obsessed with the soft, caramelized onions and luscious chicken thighs, lathered in the most incredible sauce. I love that this recipe is an easy, one-pan meal that I can totally serve when we have friends or family coming round.

Basil Seed Pudding
Basil Seed Pudding is the overnight breakfast you need to try. It's amazing if you are looking for a low histamine, gluten and dairy free plus low oxalate, vegan recipe. Much like a chia seed pudding, it's easy and quick to make and is a yummy snack or breakfast.

Fall Sheet Pan Dinner
Whip up this easy and delicious Fall Sheet Pan Dinner, loaded with autumnal ingredient combinations like savory sausage, Brussels sprouts red onion and apple. I love the crunch from the fibrous Brussels sprouts alongside sweet and tangy apple.

Green Goddess Chicken Salad
Green Goddess Chicken Salad is hearty and wholesome and one of my all-time favorite go-tos for a protein loaded, on-the-go-lunch. I whip up this awesome meal prep salad in minutes and enjoy it with a few gluten free crackers. I absolutely love that I know exactly what's in the dressing!

Steak Fajita Pasta
Steak Fajita Pasta is great for weeknights and I always have leftovers to use as meal prepped lunches for the next day or two. Ready in 30 minutes, it's perfect for chilly weather as it is so comforting and cozy. Veggie and flavor packed, this delicious twist on classic fajitas gives me a dreamy, rich sauce that I honestly crave.

Mason Jar Taco Salad
Here's another Mason jar meal prep item: My Mason Jar Taco Salad recipe is like my favorite taco bar, just in grab and go format. It's loaded with yummy beans that are perfectly seasoned, some roasted veg and juicy chicken. You could also make it with ground beef, though.

Paleo Tuna Cakes
Try these Paleo Tuna Cakes if you have a lonely can of tuna in your kitchen. I'm always so happy to see these in my refrigerator when I'm looking for a lunch option. Perfect for meal prep, 100% dairy-free and ideal to pair with some crunchy greens.
