If you love French onion soup, but you also prioritize protein, this French Onion Chicken is going to be your new obsession. This dish has all of the flavors of the classic soup, but it is protein-packed and so delicious! Think caramelized onions and juicy chicken thighs smothered in sauce. I love serving mine over mashed potatoes with a side of vegetables. This meal is super easy and can be made in one pan. It's impressive enough for a dinner party and also easy enough for a weeknight dinner that comes together in under an hour! It's naturally gluten-free and also easy to make dairy-free. The best part is that the ingredients are simple and the process is super easy, even beginner cooks can do it!
