    WHY YOU’LL LOVE THIS RECIPE

Toss a few fruit ice cubes into your glass, and suddenly, hydration feels like a treat.

Strawberries tint the water with a gorgeous color, while kiwi slices add a pop of freshness.

These fruit cubes look super fancy but only take a few minutes to make!

The ice cubes aren’t just pretty—every melt releases tiny, nutrient-rich surprises into your drink.

Fruit ice cubes instantly make you look like the host/hostess with the mostest.

Add herbs like mint or basil, or swap in blueberries, lemon or cucumber—these cubes are a blank canvas.

Struggling to get the kids to drink more water? Toss in these fruity gems and watch the magic happen.

    EQUIPMENT NEEDED

You’ll need a cutting board, sharp knife and ice trays.

    INGREDIENTS NEEDED

Water: I like to use filtered water for my ice.

Strawberries: Fresh berries are better than frozen if possible.

Kiwi: I adore the combination of strawberry kiwi!

    STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS

    Step 1: Gather your ingredients.

Step 2: Add fruit to an ice cube tray or muffin tin. I used my Caraway muffin tin to make these large and round!

Step 2: Pour over water until full.

Step 3: Freeze until hardened and add to water or drink of choice!

    STORAGE

Keep them frozen for up to 3 months.

    VARIATIONS

Citrusy: Infuse lemon, orange, and mint with a few drops of vitamin C or echinacea tincture.

Mixed berries: Use a colorful mix of berries with elderberry or ashwagandha tincture.

Cucumber: I love to combine sliced cucumber, lemon and basil with lemon balm or chamomile tincture.

Tropical fruits: In the summer, I’ll sometimes mix diced pineapple, mango and some fresh lime slices with turmeric or ginger tincture.

Try a pretty mix of blueberries, lemon peel and edible flowers laced with rose or lavender tincture. Guys, this combination is so dreamy.

Bright green cubes: Add kiwi, lime and mint! So refreshing, right?!

    HOW TO SERVE

    Try something like:

    • Pop a few fruit ice cubes into a glass of still or sparkling water.
    • They’re also perfect for chilling iced tea, lemonade or juice without diluting the taste.
    • If you’re having a party – add them to a punch bowl or use them in cocktails and mocktails.
    • For kiddies, I love to serve them in fun cups or mason jars.
