    Why You’ll Love This Dessert

    It’s so easy to make!

You only need a handful of ingredients.

    It is refreshing and delicious.

This sorbet is perfect for summer and peach season!

    This recipe is kid-friendly.

You don’t need an ice cream maker and can make it right in your blender.

It is a wholesome dessert option!

    Equipment Needed

All you need to make this peach sorbet is a blender, container and measuring cups and spoons.

    Ingredients Needed

Peach: The base of this sorbet is peach. You can either use fresh peaches and freeze them or just use frozen peaches.

Coconut Milk: Coconut milk makes this sorbet creamy and delicious!

Olive Oil: I love adding olive oil to this sorbet. A small amount of olive oil adds a touch of fat, resulting in a smoother and creamier sorbet that’s easier to scoop. High-quality olive oil, particularly extra virgin, can actually enhance the fruit flavors in your sorbet.

Honey: Honey adds some extra sweetness to this sorbet. It is also totally optional!

Vanilla Extract: I love the flavor that vanilla adds to this peach sorbet. If you have histamine issues, vanilla with non-alcoholic flavoring or vanilla bean is usually the easiest to tolerate. You can also skip the vanilla!

Salt: My favorite is Redmond’s Real Salt because it is high-quality and made with zero fillers. If you use my discount code LESSWITHLAUR you can get 15% off Redmond’s website.

    Step-By-Step Instructions

    Step 1: Gather your ingredients.

Step 2: Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender.

Step 3: Pour into a container and freeze until hardened. Enjoy!

    Storage

Store this peach sorbet in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 3 months.

    How to Serve

Simple Scoop: For a straightforward and elegant presentation, scoop the sorbet into chilled bowls or champagne flutes. You can garnish with a fresh peach slice or a sprig of mint for a pop of color.

With Cookies or Crumbles: For added texture and richness, crumble some of your favorite cookies on top of the sorbet.

Fruit and Sauce Drizzle: Elevate your sorbet with a drizzle of fruit sauce like raspberry or strawberry. Top it off with fresh berries or chopped nuts for a vibrant and flavorful combination.

Sparkling Floats: Add a touch of fun and fizz by turning your sorbet into a float! Pour a splash of prosecco or sparkling water over the sorbet for a delightful bubbly effect.

    Variations

Fruit: This recipe works well with other fruits like frozen mango! You could even do half mango and half peach!

Sweetener: I used honey for the sweetener but feel free to omit it or use maple syrup, coconut sugar or agave.
