This creamy peach protein smoothie is the perfect way to use your fresh peaches from the farmers market! In my opinion, there is truly nothing better than a juicy peach in the summer and this smoothie perfectly incorporates the flavor! It’s also packed with protein, gluten free, vegan and is a super quick and easy breakfast or snack. With just a few simple ingredients, you can whip up this light and sweet treat in under 5 minutes. This smoothie has a dreamy texture and tastes just like summer. Plus, it’s kid-friendly! If you are a huge peach lover like I am, make sure to also try my honey cinnamon baked peaches, peach basil chicken bake, peach sorbet and air fryer peaches!

    Why You’ll Love This Smoothie

    It’s so easy to make!

You can whip it up in about 5 minutes.

    It’s made with simple ingredients.

This peach protein smoothie is gluten free and vegan!

It tastes like summer in a glass.

This smoothie makes the best breakfast or snack.

    It is kid-friendly!

How To Make A Cloud Smoothie

Prepare the glass by painting yogurt onto the sides of the glass with a spoon creating “cloud” shapes.

    Equipment Needed

All you need to make this peach protein smoothie is a high-speed blender and a glass. I like to use my Vitamix blender or my Beast Blender!

    Ingredients Needed

Peaches: Peaches are the star ingredient in this smoothie! I like to use frozen peaches or you can also use fresh peaches and freeze them.

Milk: I am dairy free so I used almond milk in this recipe but feel free to use any type of milk you love!

Nut Butter: I used Sunbutter in this recipe, but feel free to use any kind of nut or seed butter.

Banana: I used a frozen banana in this recipe!

Protein Powder: Feel free to use your favorite protein powder in this recipe. My favorite lately is Truvani Vanilla Protein Powder.

Yogurt: I love creating the cloud smoothie effect with yogurt but this is totally optional!

    Step-By-Step Instructions

    Step 1: Gather your ingredients.

Step 2: Combine peaches, milk, nut butter, banana and protein powder in a high-speed blender.

Step 3: Create a cloud smoothie by adding yogurt onto the glass. Pour smoothie into glass and enjoy!

    Storage

If you do not finish your smoothie, feel free to store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.

    Variations

Fruit: Feel free to swap out the banana for another fruit like mango! I also like to add extra fruit into my peach protein smoothie like strawberries or pineapple!

Milk: I used dairy free milk in my smoothie because I am dairy free. Some of my favorites are almond milk, coconut milk or cashew milk. If you are not dairy free you can use regular milk.

Nut butter: I used Sunbutter in my smoothie but you can also use almond butter, cashew butter or any other type of nut butter!

Toppings: Feel free to add toppings to your peach protein smoothie. I topped mine with a slice of peach! You can also add granola, chocolate chips or hemp seeds!

Protein Powder: I used vanilla protein in this smoothie but feel free to experiment with another flavor!

    How To Serve

I like to serve this peach protein smoothie a cloud smoothie but feel free to skip the yogurt! You can also serve this smoothie as a smoothie bowl!
