    This Gluten Free Meal Prep Round Up is a list of my favorite recipes to have on hand for the week! If you're gluten free like I am, having some meals and snacks on hand can make all of the difference in my week!

    Honestly, I make this Easy Teriyaki Chicken Meal Prep all of the time! It is perfect for my allergy friendly meal prep routine and I can have it for lunch or dinner.

    With tender chicken, fluffy rice and juicy pineapple, this recipe comes together fast with simple ingredients I usually already have on hand!

I love that it's a lighter, healthier twist on the classic buffalo chicken casserole, but still yummy and wholesome. I couldn't not include this luscious bake in my gluten free meal prep round up!

    Check out this Blueberry White Chocolate Oatmeal Bake. This gluten free and dairy free blueberry white chocolate oatmeal bake is one of my favorite sweet breakfast meal preps. It is easy to make, naturally sweetened with honey and absolutely delicious.

    I love baking it at the start of the week so I can enjoy a ready-to-go breakfast every morning!

    Buffalo Chicken Thighs 

    My Buffalo Chicken Thighs are super tasty and I can also recommend them as a budget-friendly recipe that's also really easy to make. I just let my oven do the work on a single sheet pan and dinner is ready (and prepped for the week if you plan!).

    There's nothing cozier than this Dairy Free Chicken Casserole, especially as the temperatures drops! Loaded with tender chicken, hearty rice and a colorful mix of veggies. I love how rich and creamy this gluten free casserole is a total crowdpleaser.

    Hummus Chicken Salad 

    I'm in love with this Hummus Chicken Salad. Instead of mayonnaise, I use hummus as the binder so it just adds a unique creaminess and flavor while keeping the salad naturally gluten free and dairy free still.

    I can make it in just 10 minutes, so it's perfect lunch or dinner. Ideal for meal prep, it stays fresh in the fridge for 3 to 5 days.

    Spaghetti Squash Pizza Casserole

    If I'm craving pizza and pasta but want a healthier option, this Spaghetti Squash Pizza Casserole is my go to!

    I love that it's low carb yet still hits that comfort-food craving. I make it with simple ingredients like ground beef, marinara sauce and my favorite pizza toppings. It's also packed with protein, so it keeps me feeling nice and satisfied.
