    Why You'll Love These Burgers

They are gluten free, dairy free, egg free and paleo!

These burgers are perfect for lunch, dinner or your next BBQ.

They are ready in less than 30 minutes.

They are both sweet and savory!

These burgers are packed with delicious flavor.

    This recipe uses simple ingredients.

These are perfect for meal prep!

    Equipment Needed

All you need to make these gluten free turkey burgers is a pan, measuring cups and spoons, a bowl, a spatula and a mixing spoon.

    Ingredients Needed

Ground Turkey: I like to use high-quality meat whenever I can. My favorite is ButcherBox because you can get it delivered right to your doorstep!

Coconut Flour: I used coconut flour in these gluten free turkey burgers because it is naturally gluten free. It also adds a subtle sweet flavor to these burgers to make them sweet and savory.

Coconut Aminos: Coconut aminos add tons of moisture and flavor to these gluten free turkey burgers! It adds a slightly sweet and complex flavor.

Salt: My favorite is Redmond's Real Salt because it is high-quality and made with zero fillers. If you use my discount code LESSWITHLAUR you can get 15% off Redmond's website.

Spices: I used rosemary, thyme and garlic powder in these burgers to give them plenty of flavor!

Oil: Avocado oil adds moisture to these burgers!

    Storage

Store these gluten free turkey burgers in an airtight container for 3-4 days. They are perfect for a quick lunch!

You can also freeze these turkey burgers so you can have some on hand at all times! I would recommend freezing them for up to 3 months.

To reheat, heat a skillet over medium heat with a thin layer of oil (around a tablespoon). While the pan heats, unwrap the frozen burger and pat off any excess ice crystals with a paper towel. Once the pan is hot, add the burger and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through to 165°F internal temperature (use a meat thermometer to check for safety).

    Variations

Meat: Feel free to try using another type of ground meat in this recipe. I love making ground chicken and ground beef burgers as well.

Flour: Feel free to swap out the coconut flour for your favorite gluten free breadcrumbs!

Heat: Add in some extra flavor by adding buffalo sauce or hot sauce to these burgers.

Vegetables: Feel free to add in additional vegetables alongside the onion for some sneaky veggie burger action! You can also use red onion instead of sweet onion.

Spices: Feel free to experiment with different flavor combinations!

Cheese: Try adding in some feta or cheddar cheese (vegan if needed).

    How to Serve

These gluten free turkey burgers are so delicious and versatile!

Grill them up alongside classic BBQ fare like hot dogs, hamburgers, and veggie burgers.

They're a quick and easy meal option for busy weeknights. Serve them on buns or in a bowl with your favorite toppings or on lettuce wraps for a lighter option.

I love serving these turkey burgers in a turkey burger bowl! Add your favorite toppings and this makes the perfect balanced meal. I love adding tomatoes, avocado, onion, potato wedges and sauce!

A juicy turkey burger can be a fun twist on a brunch dish. Serve it on a bun with a fried egg and hollandaise sauce for a decadent brunch option!
