    Lemon: The lemons in this recipe will be used for the sauce and also sliced to place into the baking dish.

    Spices: I used oregano and thyme in the marinade.

    Step 2: Chop potatoes and cut 2 of the lemons into slices.

    Step 3: Make the sauce by mixing the juice of 1 lemon, olive oil and spices.

    Step 5: Add sliced lemon and bake for 60 minutes. Option to broil for 1-2 minutes at the end.
