Equipment Needed
All you need to make these No-Bake Reindeer Twix Bars is an 8x8 baking dish, parchment paper, two bowls, a spoon and a pot. Throughout my health journey, I have made several swaps to less toxic cookware and bakeware. I prefer to use glass when it comes to baking dishes. When it comes to pots, I like to use stainless steel, if possible.
Ingredients Needed
Almond flour: I used almond flour to make the crust of this Reindeer Twix Bar.
Coconut oil: This helps hold the crust together, is used in the caramel and also helps make the chocolate shiny!
Honey: I used honey to sweeten these bars. This makes them refined sugar-free!
Sunflower seed butter: I used sunflower seed butter in the caramel layer of these bars to make them peanut-free. You can also use peanut butter or another nut butter!
Vanilla extract: Vanilla gives these treats a delicious warmth and flavor!
Chocolate chips: Melted chocolate makes up the top layer of these bars.
Toppings: I used sprinkles, gluten-free pretzels, red candies and candy eyes to decorate these cute reindeer! I also used additional melted chocolate to adhere the eyes, nose and antlers to the bars.
Step-By-Step Instructions
Step 1: Gather your ingredients.

Step 2: Combine ingredients for crust in a bowl and press into an 8x8 baking dish.

Step 3: Add ingredients for caramel layer into a pot and cook over low-med heat for about 5 minutes, or until warm.

Step 4: Spread over crust.

Step 5: Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a bowl and pour over caramel layer. Add sprinkles on top (optional).

Step 6: Place in the refrigerator for a few hours to harden and then slice into bars.
Step 7: Use melted chocolate or frosting to adhere red nose, eyes and pretzel antlers to each reindeer. Enjoy!

Storage
Store these No-Bake Reindeer Twix Bars in the refrigerator in an airtight container for 4-5 days! You can also store these bars in the freezer.
Variations
Crust: Swap out the almond flour for oat flour for a nut-free option!
Nut butter: Feel free to use nut butter instead of sunflower seed butter.
Chocolate: Try using white chocolate instead of dark chocolate!
Toppings: Mix up the toppings and decorations by using different types of candy!
