    Equipment Needed

All you need to make these steak nachos is a baking sheet!

    Ingredients Needed

Tortilla Chips: I love Masa Chips because they do not use any seed oils. You can use my code LAUREN20 to get a discount!

Steak: This is a great way to use up leftover steak from the day before!

Cheese Sauce: Cheese sauce adds a delicious and creamy touch to these steak nachos.

Toppings: I used tomato, jalapeño, red onion, cilantro and avocado for toppings. These nachos are super customizable and you can use any toppings you love!

    Step By Step Instructions

Step 1: Gather your ingredients and preheat oven to 400°F.

    Step 2: Chop the vegetables.

Step 3: Layer the tortilla chips on a baking sheet.

Step 3: Add toppings over the chips. I like to save the avocado and cilantro to add after baking.

Step 4: Bake for 5-7 minutes, add additional toppings and enjoy!

    Storage

I would recommend eating these steak nachos upon making. You can store them with all of the toppings if you have leftovers but they will get slightly soggy.

    Variations

Chips: I used regular tortilla chips, but feel free to use blue tortilla chips or any other kind of chips you love! You can also experiment and use potato chips instead!

Toppings: Try out other toppings like salsa, beans, guacamole, sour cream, cilantro, fruit, additional meats and more!

Cheese Sauce: I used a homemade cheese sauce in this recipe, but feel free to use a store-bought cheese sauce. Mine is also dairy free because I am allergic to dairy.

    How to Serve

Here are a few ways to serve your steak nachos:

Nacho Bowls: Serve each portion in a bowl or ramekin, layering the chips, steak, cheese and toppings.

Nacho Stacks: Build individual stacks of chips, steak and toppings on small plates.

Large Platter: Assemble the nachos on a large platter, layering the chips, steak, cheese and toppings. Let guests serve themselves.

Buffet Style: Set up a buffet with a variety of toppings, allowing guests to customize their own nachos.

Keep Warm: If you're serving a large crowd, keep the nachos warm in a low oven or on a warming tray.

Fresh Toppings: Serve fresh toppings like guacamole, salsa and sour cream in small bowls or ramekins.

Visual Appeal: Garnish the nachos with fresh herbs, like cilantro or chives, for a visually appealing presentation.
