Here are my favorite Gluten Free Air Fryer Recipes for some meal-time inspiration. Using my air fryer, especially mid-week has been a game changer for me in terms of time and effort to get better-for-me meals. It is so quick, easy and also a great way to make your food if you live in a house where other people eat gluten. An air fryer is a helpful way to avoid cross-contamination by making it your own place to cook your gluten-free food.
My favorite air fryers are the Ninja Air Fryer, Our Place Wonder Oven and Instant Pot Duo Crisp!

Air Fryer Banana Sushi
I love making Air Fryer Banana Sushi because it's such a fun, quick sweet snack in under 15 minutes. All I do is grab a tortilla, spread my favorite nut or seed butter, add jelly and bananas, then finish with toppings like coconut or chia. The air fryer gives the rolls the perfect crisp; chef's kiss!

Air Fryer Apples
When I'm craving something warm and cozy but don't want to spend much time in the kitchen, I make these Air Fryer Apples. I love that they taste like apple-pie filling but use simple ingredients and no refined sugar. They're ready in about 10 minutes and always make my kitchen smell amazing.

Air Fryer Breakfast Sausage Patties
Air Fryer Breakfast Sausage Patties: If you're anything like me, you prefer making your own breakfast sausage patties because you know exactly what's going into them. I can make them gluten free, dairy free, egg free and delicious! These air-fried patties get beautifully crispy on the outside while staying tender inside, and they cook in only about 15 minutes. I love them as a high protein breakfast or when I'm prepping meals for the week.

Air Fryer Caramelized Banana
When I want a sweet treat without a lot of effort, I make these Air Fryer Caramelized Bananas. I love how quickly they come together; about 15 minutes and how the air fryer creates that perfectly gooey, caramelized coating. It's a dessert I reach for when I want something warm and comforting, and it's naturally gluten free and dairy free and you can top it with dairy free ice cream!

Air Fryer Pasta Nachos
I love serving up these Air Fryer Pasta Nachos when I want a fun twist on a classic snack. Instead of tortilla chips, I use crispy air fried gnocchi; giving a light crunch and pillowy inside that makes every bite interesting. I pile them high with savory ground beef, colorful peppers, beans and creamy toppings like queso, guac or coconut yogurt. YUMMM!

Air Fryer Pesto Chicken
Air Fryer Pesto Chicken is ideal whenever I'm pressed for time but still want a satisfying, wholesome dinner, I turn to this Pesto Chicken recipe. I coat chicken thighs (or breasts) in pesto, store bought or homemade, then let the air fryer work its magic, resulting in tender, flavorful chicken in under 30 minutes.

Crispy Air Fryer Gnocchi
I often make this Crispy Air Fryer Gnocchi when I'm craving something quick but comforting. In about 10 to 15 minutes, the air fryer transforms simple gnocchi into golden, crunchy bites with a soft, chewy interior; perfect as a snack, appetizer or side dish. I often dip them in pesto, marinara or whatever sauce is leftover in the fridge. This one is so fun!

15 Minute Air Fryer Delicata Squash
When I want a healthier side dish instead of fries, I make this Delicata Squash. I slice the squash into crescent moons (skin and all; no peeling required), toss with a little oil and seasoning, then pop them in the air fryer for about 10 minutes. The result is tender, slightly sweet squash wedges that go wonderfully alongside a mains or in a fall-inspired bowl.

Cucumber Salmon Bites
My little Cucumber Salmon Bites are the perfect quick, fresh, high protein snack or appetizer. They come together in minutes and always feel light but satisfying. I love how the crisp, cool cucumber pairs with the creamy, tangy yogurt based topping and the rich, salty smoked salmon. They're naturally gluten free, easy to assemble and perfect when I need something that looks elegant but requires almost no effort.

Air Fryer Peaches
I make these Air Fryer Peaches whenever I'm craving a warm, sweet dessert that still feels light and wholesome. The air fryer caramelizes the natural sugars in just a few minutes, giving the peaches a tender, golden finish that tastes like a simplified peach crisp. I love topping them with yogurt, ice cream, granola or honey depending on my mood. They're perfect when I want something delicious without turning on the oven or spending lots of time in the kitchen.
