These easy Gluten Free and Egg Free Recipes are made with wholesome ingredients and simple swaps. When I first had to drastically change my diet due to being diagnosed with several food allergies and chronic health conditions, it felt super overwhelming: reading every label, saying goodbye to old favorites and wondering if food would ever feel fun again. That's exactly why I started creating recipes that make eating with food restrictions exciting again!

All of my recipes are gluten free and dairy free and so many are also egg free or include easy swaps to make them that way. Whether you're looking for a cozy weeknight dinner, a crowd-pleasing dish to bring to a party or a sweet treat that everyone can enjoy, I've got you covered.

Food allergies and dietary restrictions can be tough, but that doesn't mean our plates have to be boring. I want to empower you to feel comfortable in the kitchen again, confident that you can make food that's not only safe for you, but also downright delicious. Be sure to also check out my Gluten Free Fall Desserts! If you're interested, I've shared about my personal Wellness Journey, too

    Homemade Chow Mein (Gluten Free)

Here's one of my favorite take-out classics that is super easy: my Homemade Chow Mein. It's full of crisp vegetables and crinkly gluten free noodles that come together in one pan with a sweet-spicy sauce.

You're going to love that it's quick to prep and can be changed up so easily. You can easily add chicken, tofu or shrimp for protein,

Pumpkin Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins (Gluten Free)

These Pumpkin Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins combine the best of banana bread and pumpkin spice, with moist texture and studded chocolate chips.

They are made with oat flour and the option of flax "eggs," they're pretty allergy-friendly and I recommend trying them out as lunchbox filler or snacks.
