    Equipment Needed

All you need to make these gluten free sweet potato fries is a baking sheet.

    Ingredients Needed

Sweet Potato: I used regular sweet potatoes here, but feel free to experiment with different kinds of sweet potatoes!

Spices: I used garlic powder on my gluten free sweet potato fries but feel free to add other spices or herbs!

Salt: My favorite salt is Redmond's Real Salt because it is high-quality and made with zero fillers. If you use my discount code LESSWITHLAUR you can get 15% off Redmond's website. I also like to use their garlic salt!

Oil: I love using avocado oil here!

    Step-By-Step Instructions

Step 1: Gather your ingredients and preheat your oven to 400°F.

Step 2: Cut your sweet potatoes into thin or thick "fries", line up on baking sheet and sprinkle with spices and salt.

Step 3: Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until crispy. Option to broil at the end for 1 minute to make them extra crispy!

    Storage

Let the fries cool completely to room temperature. Place the fries in an airtight container. Store the container in the refrigerator for up to 3-5 days.

    How to Serve

These gluten free sweet potato fries are super versatile and can be served with many dishes! Try serving them with a burger, sandwich, salad or soup. I also love to serve them alongside a dipping sauce. Experiment with ketchup, mustard, aioli, honey mustard, ranch, guacamole or even pesto. I love to dip them in my favorite homemade pesto.

Serve your sweet potato fries with toppings, such as shredded cheese, yogurt, guacamole and beans to make nacho fries! Check out my potato nachos recipe for inspo.

    Pro Tips

If you want your fries to be extra crispy, soak them in water for 30 minutes before baking. Another way to make them extra crispy is to coat them in arrowroot powder before baking.

Keep the fries in one layer on the baking sheet to ensure even baking.
