Many people have sesame allergies or simply prefer a different flavor profile (I have a sesame allergy myself). This flavorful dip is for you! This easy hummus recipe uses fresh garlic cloves and simple pantry ingredients to achieve a creamy texture and flavorful punch, without needing a tahini substitute. This sesame-free hummus is perfect for meal prep, a healthy snack or a crowd-pleasing dip. With a touch of sea salt, fresh lemon juice and chives for an extra pop, it’s sure to become your new go-to recipe. So ditch the store bought stuff and whip up a batch of this easy, flavorful hummus – made with ingredients you likely already have on hand!     Olive Oil: I like to use high quality and organic extra virgin olive oil in my recipes!

    Garlic: Garlic cloves give this creamy hummus recipe a delicious flavor profile.

    Lemon: Fresh lemon juice adds brightness and zest to this hummus!

    Seasoning: Try adding black pepper, cayenne pepper, fresh parsley or red pepper flakes for extra flavor!

    This hummus is very creamy! The ice cube helps make this creamy and smooth hummus. You could also add chickpea liquid to the hummus if you desire.
