This warm and comforting medicine ball is the perfect way to soothe a sore throat, boost your immune system and warm you up on chilly nights. The traditional version is packed with sugar and actually isn’t very healthy at all. This homemade version is made with simple ingredients and is also refined sugar-free. This comforting drink is the perfect way to cozy up at home and support your immune system. Packed with warm flavors and simple ingredients, this drink will warm you right up! Think refreshing mint, refreshing lemon, warming ginger, sweet honey and warming cinnamon.     All you need to make this homemade medicine ball is a tea kettle, cutting board and a knife.

    Step By Step Instructions

    Step 1: Gather your ingredients.
