    Why You’ll Love This Recipe

The dreamy coconut yogurt swirl is just SO pretty.

I love that it’s naturally sweet – great if you have a sweet tooth but are avoiding added sugar.

The protein powder keeps me feeling full all morning. If you want to keep this recipe gluten free and dairy free, make sure you check the label of your protein powder.

Coconut yogurt adds creaminess and probiotics.

It’s easy to switch up the fruit, protein or yogurt in this strawberry cloud smoothie.

I love the thick, frosty and smooth texture and that it’s not too heavy.

I’m obsessed with the strawberries and coconut cream flavor combination.

    Equipment Needed

You’ll need a blender and some measuring spoons to make this strawberry cloud smoothie.

    Ingredients Needed

Dairy Free Milk: Choose almond, oat, coconut or any plant-based milk to keep it light and lactose-free.

Frozen strawberries: Add natural sweetness, vibrant pink color and a frosty texture without the need for ice.

Vanilla protein powder: Use a clean protein powder. Great for post-workout fuel!

Coconut yogurt: Swirled in last to create the dreamy “cloud” effect. Its tangy-sweet flavor and thick, creamy texture are so good.

Step 4: Fill the glass with the blended strawberry smoothie mix and serve!

    Storage

Technically, you can store leftovers in the fridge for about 24 hours.

I do recommend consuming this strawberry cloud smoothie as soon as it’s ready for best flavor!

    Variations

Make a mixed berry version. Adding blueberries or blackberries will turn the pink hue purple, which is also super pretty.

Swap strawberries with frozen pineapple or mango and you’ll get a pretty, yellow-colored cloud smoothie.

Make a green cloud smoothie by adding a handful of baby spinach or kale.

    How to Serve

This strawberry cloud smoothie is so pretty; here are a few ways to serve it:

    • Strawberry cloud smoothies are best served and enjoyed chilled, straight from the blender.
    • Try garnishing with a juicy, fresh strawberry and a sprig of fresh mint.
    • Make this for mom for a Mother’s Day brunch or for a loved one on Valentine’s Day.
