Want some inspiration to make delicious and safe Gluten Free Thanksgiving Desserts? I've got you! Here are my top picks when it comes to cozy, tasty, allergy-friendly desserts this November. I've included a few golden oldies that I've been making for years, as well as a couple of newbies you've got to try! I know how difficult it can be for those of us with food allergies and dietary restrictions around the holidays and I love creating tried and true gluten free, dairy free, egg free, soy free, nut free and more recipes that we can all enjoy!

For more fall-time round-ups, check out my Gluten Free Fall Desserts, these Gluten Free Fall Recipes and my Gluten Free Dairy Free Desserts. I've found that a big part of how well my meals come out over busy seasons like Thanksgiving and Christmas depends on how organized I am. Planning meals and recipes ahead really helps me to make delicious foods that are allergy-friendly!

    Gluten Free Pumpkin Banana Bread

Gluten Free Pumpkin Banana Bread is made with gluten free oat flour and comes out light and fluffy. It has the perfect, classic pumpkin banana bread texture and flavor, but it's gluten and dairy free! It pretty much feels like a warm, cozy snuggle when lathered with plant-based butter. Watch, your friends will NOT believe that it's a gluten free recipe.

    Pumpkin S'mores Pie

My Pumpkin S'mores Pie has a 3-ingredient pie crust that comes together super quick. The filling is silky, rich and creamy and the whole thing makes a comforting winter dessert. Classic homemade pumpkin pie like this is a must for your allergy-friendly Thanksgiving or Christmas dessert table. I'm crazy about the silky filling and decadent chocolate ganache. Also, it looks really fancy but is super simple.

    Maple Icing (Vegan, Dairy Free)

Smother all your favorite holiday bakes in this easy and delicious Vegan Maple Icing. It's super quick to make and makes everything taste better. I made this recipe wanting a dairy free icing that came together in 5 minutes! The maple syrup gives it a thick but also spreadable texture.

    Dessert Turkey Cheese Ball

Dessert Turkey Cheese Ball: I know, right? The cutest! If you love a cheese dish; this is for you. I've shaped my cheeseball to give you a little Thanksgiving turkey inspiration. It's so easy and also super tasty. I used candy and pretzels to decorate this little birdie but you can play around with other elements to decorate.

    Sweet Potato Cups

I love these Sweet Potato Cups as a cute and easy twist on the viral potato cupcake trend. I love them as an allergy-friendly addition to my Thanksgiving spread. They're also very easy to change up and customize and budget-friendly too. They're pretty much mini savory cups with marshmallows, cinnamon sugar and a crunchy pecan topping. They are so easy to make!

    Turkey Cupcakes

Turkey Cupcakes are one of my go-to ways to wow everyone over Thanksgiving. I always notice the ton of cute ideas for Christmas, Valentine's Day and Halloween; but Thanksgiving deserves its moment too. So, I came up with these adorable turkey cupcakes that are tasty and creative but also gentle on sensitive systems. They're completely allergy-friendly, free from artificial dyes and made with wholesome ingredients you can feel good about. Perfect for a holiday gathering or a cozy family baking day at home!

These Chocolate Covered Strawberry Turkeys are adorable, festive and come together in minutes. They're perfect for when you need a quick dessert that won't set off your allergies. Made with simple ingredients like fresh strawberries, chocolate, coconut oil, white chocolate, mini marshmallows and pretzel sticks, they're charming and delicious. You can easily keep them gluten free or dairy free by using allergy-safe pretzels and chocolate.

    Vegan Pumpkin Brownie

These Vegan Pumpkin Brownie are the best fall treat, you guys! Rich, fudgy and filled with cozy seasonal flavor. I can't get through the season without making multiple batches of these. I love the way the swirl of pumpkin puree brings just the right hint of sweetness and spice. You won't need egg replacements, and they can be made gluten free with a quick swap of flour. Naturally dairy free and full of flavor, these brownies are fun for a cozy night in. They're also great to take over to a friend's house!

The Best Gluten Free and Vegan Pumpkin Squares

These are the best Gluten Free and Vegan Pumpkin Squares Pretty much every Thanksgiving, my aunt makes the most incredible pumpkin squares. They've always been a family hit, but after developing food allergies, I had to miss out on them for years.

So, I set out to create an allergy-friendly version that still delivers all that nostalgic flavor. These pumpkin squares are completely gluten free and vegan, but they also taste every bit as good as the classic ones I remember.

Sweet Potato S'mores Bars (Gluten Free, Vegan, Refined Sugar Free)

Sweet Potato S'mores Bars! These are seriously one of my best creations. Combining classic sweet potato with s'mores, these are an incredible twist on the normal Thanksgiving desserts. Plus, they're gluten-free, vegan and refined sugar-free. Definitely add these to your holiday baking list!

Gluten Free and Dairy Free Pumpkin Spice Twix Bark

I made this Gluten Free and Dairy Free Pumpkin Spice Twix Bark back in 2019 when I was experimenting with allergy friendly holiday treats. It's rich, creamy and full of cozy pumpkin flavor, yet made entirely with wholesome, allergy safe ingredients. The nutty crust, velvety pumpkin-cashew filling and smooth chocolate topping create the perfect balance of texture and taste. Best of all, it's gluten free, dairy free and refined sugar free, so you can enjoy a festive fall dessert without the allergens!

    Caramel Apple Bark

Caramel Apple Bark is ideal as a spooky little treat for Halloween but also works well for Thanksgiving. I love using crisp and crunchy Granny Smith apples with rich, chocolate and caramel. What a combination! I used my homemade caramel recipe here, which is so delicious!

Copycat Crumbl Pumpkin Cookies (Gluten Free)

These easy and fun Copycat Crumbl Pumpkin Cookies will be your most popular Thanksgiving bake, ever. Soft, chewy and cake-like, they scream autumnal vibes. I've never actually tried the original Crumbl cookies (being gluten free and dairy free, they're off limits for me), but honestly, I'm not missing out. These are made with way better ingredients. Each cookie is packed with real pumpkin puree, warm pumpkin pie spice and just the right amount of sweetness.

Pumpkin Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins (Gluten Free)

My allergy friendly Pumpkin Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins (Gluten Free) are the go-to Thanksgiving nibbles I make whenever I see bananas turning spotty. Extra pumpkin puree and a little bit of spice and you'll have the best nut-free and delicious muffins ever! They are the perfect combination of banana and pumpkin.
